Peanut Free/Nut Free

At Chapman’s, we take nut allergies seriously. We were the first in Canada to produce ice cream that was guaranteed peanut and nut free – and we continue that commitment today.

Chapman’s has been recognized by Anaphylaxis Canada for our commitment to allergy safety. Here are a few things we’ve done to ensure our products are safe and contaminant free:

• We built a separate facility exclusively for peanut and nut free products, with a dedicated staff and separate receiving doors.
• Work with a committed group of suppliers who guarantee the safety of their products.
• Use an outside lab to run analysis on incoming ingredients and finished products (to make sure we haven’t missed anything!)
• Educate our staff to ensure that nothing nutty enters our facility.
• Our ‘red banner’ labelling makes it easy to identify our peanut and nut free products so you can enjoy your favourite treats with confidence.
